Where We Ship
We ship worldwide to 200+ countries and regions. A few remote locations may be unavailable; if that’s your case, email us and we’ll try to arrange a custom shipment.
Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

During peak periods (sales/holidays), please allow an extra business day for processing.

Tracking Information
You’ll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the label is created.
Lost or Missing Packages
All orders include shipping protection. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we’ll replace it at no charge.

Lost in transit: after the carrier’s expected window has passed.

Damaged on arrival: within 48 hours of delivery (include clear photos of the packaging and product).
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout.

If an incorrect address was entered and the order has not shipped, contact us immediately and we’ll update it.

If the order has shipped, we can’t change the address.

Packages returned due to address issues can be re-shipped once received; re-shipping fees may apply.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, and import taxes imposed by your local authorities. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included at checkout. Customs processing can add time to delivery.
Partial Shipments
Your order may ship in multiple packages to speed delivery. If so, you’ll receive separate tracking numbers.
