Refunds

If you’re unsatisfied with your order, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on any item damaged during shipping.

Eligibility

  1. Your purchase must have been made on healfreq.shop.

  2. Submit your refund/return request within 30 days.

  3. Email contact@healfreq.shop with your order number, photos (if damaged), and reason for the request.

  4. Once approved, please allow 24–48 hours for us to process the refund.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refund Timeline

  • PayPal: typically appears immediately after we issue the refund.

  • Credit/Debit Cards: usually appears within a few business days (varies by bank).

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed—please keep it for your records.

Cancellations

  • You can cancel within 6 hours of placing your order.

  • All cancellations are subject to a 10% fee.

  • Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

Returns

  • You may return new, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt.

  • All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

  • Buyer pays the return shipping cost.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email contact@healfreq.shop with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

  2. We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address.

  3. Pack items securely in original packaging and ship using a trackable method.

  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund (minus restocking fee and any non-refundable shipping).

Notes

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and free of odors/pet hair to qualify.

  • For items damaged in transit, please include clear photos of the packaging and product.

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
